Class Experience
Do you like candy? Do you ever wonder who invented candy? Join this summer class to learn about the history of candy and then make your very own candy: Kool Aid flavored Candy Dots!

Format of the Class:
5 minutes: Welcome and Build Community

5 minutes: Share-What is your favorite candy? Do you know how candy is made?

5 minutes: Interactive and engaging video showing us the history of candy and who invented candy.

30 minutes: Make Candy Dots

5 minutes: Review and Wrap Up

Ingredients Needed for the Candy Dots:
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Egg White
1/4 tsp Kool Aid Flavoring (Up to 4 different flavors)
Spoon
4 small bowls
4 plastic sandwich baggies
Scissors
Wax Paper

**Students will need to use an electric mixer during this camp.**
