Class Experience
???This will be an ongoing class that continuously loops back to Letter A and the number 1. Therefore, all concepts learned will be individual and will not build upon themselves. Students can join or leave at any point and not risk missing any information.???

✔️This class will start with a short greeting and follow with singing our ABC’s. We will go over our calendar (days of the week/months of the year) and then review our seasons.

We will then move into our daily activities which include the following:

✏️ Going over the letter of the week and reviewing the letter sounds. We will also learn a few words that begin with that letter. Students will either practice tracing the letter of the week OR complete a handout for the letter of the week. Other things we might cover would include rhyming, comprehension, sight words, and more!

✏️ We might cover any of the following subjects: Counting 1-20, Number identification, tracing or writing activity for the number of the week, sorting, same/different, shapes, and colors.

✏️ We will review all of the concepts learned throughout the week. We will also either do show and tell that corresponds with our weekly theme OR we will do a themed arts and craft.

We will have a letter and number of the week but we will go over the entire alphabet each day so the learners won’t miss out on any letters!

Hello! My name is Rachael and I’m a homeschooling mom of 5 kiddos! I have an Associate of Science in Management and a TESOL teaching certificate! I have experience teaching kids ranging from ages 3-13 in all subjects including full preschool curriculum, math, science, language arts, reading, spelling, and history! My favorite subjects to teach would be elementary science, math, and general pre-k classes! I believe in allowing the child to lead the lesson and following with their pace. Learning should always be fun and engaging and I try to make each and every class I teach as exciting as possible!
