In this 5-session class, students learn how to break down a garment to upcycle its cloth, and use patterns to create fun clothing for their dolls! Patterns are supplied in multiple sizes, including 15″ and 18″ dolls. I also teach weekly and flexible schedule versions of this class; see my Outschool profile for more information!

I taught middle and high school level English for 26 years, and online ESL for three. In addition, I'm an experienced cake decorator and an avid crafter with many hours of coursework in the arts. I've been on Outschool since 2017, and I'm especially proud of my arts and crafts courses there.
I strongly believe that learning should be fun. Students can laugh and be engaged in learning simultaneously; I've seen it!
