ITALIAN ART & CRAFTS
(Fridays from 10AM to 11AM)
Kids will create a wonderful array of arts and crafts projects using traditional Italian materials.
This course offers a variety of activities that your kids will love, from creating their books to learning how to create jars filled with different kinds of colored salt. Children will get acquainted with various methods of arts and crafts such as drawing, painting, making cut-outs, and other creative projects that allow children to hear and repeat Italian vocabulary. Not only will they use traditional materials used in arts and crafts classes, students will also experiment with basic components of Italian cuisine, using ingredients that will teach them about authentic Italian ingredients. Teachers will guide students through each art project and give encouraging feedback, allowing kids to have fun, learn, and meet other children learning Italian online.
ITALIAN MUSIC CLASS
(Fridays from 11:30AM to 12PM)
Children will learn songs that will help remember important Italian terminology and vocabulary such as colors, parts of the body, animals, flowers, seasons and more. Not only does this engaging class help students to boost their language skills, it’s also a great way to help them socialize by dancing and participating in singalongs. If students have musical instruments at home such as tambourines or maracas, the use of them is encouraged.

Our children’s lessons are stimulating and entertaining: children have fun while learning because they feel at ease with their teacher. Our Italian language teaching method is anchored in the Common European Framework of Reference and is driven by a didactic method that is the result of a decade of experience in the field. Our children’s program is designed to actively involve our little students. We use a wide variety of learning tools to ensure the children have fun while learning. They will work in a group and we will keep track of their experiences through three important approaches: Discovery, Creativity, Body.
They are encouraged to experience the language through a wide range of fun activities to help them start speaking Italian in a very natural way. But still focusing on grammar, to help them become more familiar with it and later on, being able to apply it. Each group class has no more 7 students to make sure each one gets the needed attention.
