Around the House Scavenger Hunt: Summer Camp Edition!

In this 3-day summer camp, taught on Outschool, learners ages 4-7 will have the opportunity to meet new friends, use their listening skills, and get moving as they participate in fun indoor scavenger hunts!!

In this 3-day summer camp, learners will participate in fun and engaging scavenger hunts as they practice their social skills, meet new friends, use their listening skills, and get moving! Students will use simple clues (ex. “Find your favorite summer snack”) to find a variety of objects around their homes.

The class will be broken down as follows:
1. Introductions and rules of the game (I will review the rules each day to ensure student safety.)
2. Scavenger hunt and clean-up
3. Final thoughts and goodbyes

Each week, we will focus on a different summer theme:
Day One: Summer Vacation
Day Two: Summer Games
Day Three: Mystery Clue Day!

This 3-day class is designed to get students moving while having fun interacting with new friends and sharing a little about themselves. I will be encouraging the students to walk quickly and not run so that everyone can stay safe, and I will also include time for everyone to put each item back where it belongs. Even this “boring” chore will be turned into a game!

*Please note, I also offer one-time and 3-week scavenger hunt classes for learners ages 4-7. The one-time class would be a great introduction to this multi-day class!
